Our Hall is ready for your next event! Our two fee structures are:
1. Half Day rentals - Rental Rate for Rentals Under 4 hours: RENTAL GROUP RATELIABILITY INSURANCE REQUIRED PROFIT$60/ FOR 3 HOUR + $25/HR/ADDIED HOURYes NON-PROFIT$40/ FOR 3 HOUR + $10/HR/ADDIED HOURYes
2. Full Day Rentals - $250 rental fee and $250 damage deposit
Liability Insurance – The Insurance requirements for all non-church functions is $2 million in liability insurance coverage. This insurance can be obtained from the church’s insurer, Apex, or PAL Canada Insurance. Insurance costs vary depending on the type of function you are organizing, numbers attending and if liquor is served. Expect to pay a minimum of $100 for Insurance coverage.
Cleaning – Cleaning is the responsibility of each group using the Hall after their event. A cleaning list will be posted in the kitchen. Please ensure you leave the Hall ready for our next rental or use.
